Material: 55% cotton 45% polyester
Care instruction: Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low heat. Do not bleach. No dry clean. Ironing low temp.

Shipping:

Our products generally take 5 weeks to be created
and delivered to you. It takes 2 weeks to knit your order, and 3
weeks to deliver.

Should you wish to get your orders faster, we do offer an
expedited service fee that will only cost $19.95 to have your orders
delivered in 3 weeks! With this expedited option, we
will prioritize your order with our expedited shipping service.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your
tracking number by email as soon as it's available. You can also
contact our customer managers via e-mail, and they will happily
provide you with an update.

Note:

1. Delays in shipping may occur during peak shopping periods, such
as during the holiday season, as couriers need to accommodate more
deliveries.

2. Please note that it will be your responsibility to pay for
duties or taxes in your country.

Return:

Each knit product is made to order for each customer, so we are
unable to offer any returns. If you have any quality issues, please
contact wecare@knitwise.com or
just chat with us by using the chatbot. We will resolve your issue
within a week.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or trade-ins,
and they may not be redeemed for cash value.
